COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Social Distancing
Staff, wearing a face covering/mask, are posted at the entry gates to direct customers, but at least six (6) feet from the nearest customer.
Common areas are configured to limit gatherings and help ensure physical distancing of at least six (6) feet.
Employees and customers maintain at least a six (6) feet distance.
RSH is continuing to avoid in-person meetings whenever possible.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Ensuring sufficient stock of masks, gloves and other PPE to keep employees safe.
Employees have frequent breaks to wash their hands.
Workspaces and the entire facility are cleaned at least daily.
Break rooms, restrooms and other common areas are disinfected frequently throughout the day.
Frequently touched objects in (e.g., tables, doorknobs or handles) are disinfected on an hourly basis during business hours using EPA approved disinfectants.
Hand sanitizer, tissues and trash cans are available throughout the facility.
Use of EPA-registered sanitation and disinfectant products for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting activities.
Implemented additional deep cleaning of entire facility.
Cleaning staff wear appropriate PPE for all tasks in the cleaning process, including handling trash.
Employee Health/Hygiene
Symptom checks are conducted daily at the start of employee shifts.
A face covering/mask is worn by employees at all times during the workday.
Employees have been informed of symptom detection, sources of high risk to COVID-19, COVID-19 exposure prevention measures, and employee leave benefits/policies.
All RED Studios Hollywood staff are tested with a nasal swab weekly to detect symptoms early and treat accordingly.
Facility Safety
Implemented signage at the entry gates and throughout the lot.
Contactless systems are in place, and those not, are sanitized regularly. Implemented touchless systems include soap/sanitizer/towel dispensers, faucets and common doors.
Use of no-touch trash cans and no-touch common-use items (e.g. hand sanitizer dispensers) where possible.
Avoiding direct handoff of goods and encouraging "no touch.”
Mail pickup areas have been established to ensure good ventilation.
Communicated health and safety guidelines to all employees/customers/visitors.
Where possible, keep doors open to improve ventilation and reduce touching of door handles.
Ensuring adequate storage of necessary materials to meet PPE (face masks, gloves, etc.) and cleaning requirements.
The HVAC system is in good, working order, and to the maximum extent possible, ventilation has been increased. Accordingly, all HVAC systems have been affixed with REKOlighting R2000 UV-C system. The bulbs put out 253.7NM of UVC.
